Application Completed

When your status indicates the application or reapplication process is finished, it may mean everything has been submitted successfully, but from my experience, that does not always mean you will get paid right away.

Many people think “completed” is the final step, yet there can still be internal checks before payment is released, so understanding what this truly means helps you stay patient and prepared while waiting for funds.

 Pending Bank Details

SASSA has received your application or reapplication, but you have not specified your preferred payment method or provided bank details, which is why your payment cannot proceed.

From my experience assisting applicants, this status usually means your banking information has not been confirmed, so it is necessary to update it by changing or selecting options like transfer or cash send on the portal, and then submit the correct details to receive your grant. Re-Application Pending
